China Non-Public Medical Institutions Association (CNMIA) is a first-level association registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Its purpose is to implement the national health and family planning work policies and policies to deepen the reform of the medical and health system. The International Cell Surgical Society (ICSS) 

RE-Stem is also a member of ICSS . ICSS is a non-profit organization registered in the United States by 11 world-renowned scientific and medical experts. Organized by the International Association of Neural Transplantation and Restoration, the 13th International Conference on Neurorestoration, jointly hosted by Beijing Capital Medical University, Resittan Bio, and Beijing Brain Disease Research Institute, was held in China for the first time.

Professor Sir John Gurdon (2012 Nobel Prize winner in Physiology or Medicine), Fred Gage (President of the American Society of Neuroscience and Chairman of the Society for Autologous Stem Cell Research) and more than 30 world-class neurologists attended the conference.
